Booking and Cancellation

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Payment Terms

• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept card, bank transfer.

• Late payments may incur interest or additional charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property on the agreed date and time.

• Secure valuables and breakables prior to our visit.

• Notify us of any health or safety risks on the premises.

Liability and Insurance

• We are fully insured for public liability and damages.

• We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by faulty equipment or pre-existing damage.

  • Items not declared as fragile.

  • Delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

Complaints and Satisfaction

If you’re not satisfied with our service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
